Originating from the Los Planes de Santa Maria de La Paz region of Honduras, this coffee is sourced directly from Cecilia Quan, a third-generation coffee farmer and entrepreneur. Her mastery of the processing technique, including washed, natural, and honey processed coffee, has resulted in a distinctive sweet flavor.

At an altitude of 1450 meters, the coffee is grown on the 5-acre Finca Deborah farm, which also harvests oranges, bananas, and various fruits. The blend of Icatu, Catuai, and Parainema varieties makes for a unique and rich flavor profile.
