Founded in Miami in 2015, Per’La Specialty Roasters was created by longtime friends Chris Nolte and Paul Massard with a shared passion for specialty coffee. Built around a roast-to-order approach, Per’La focuses on sourcing high quality coffees from respected producers around the world and roasting each batch to highlight the unique flavors of every origin. Today, Per’La has grown into a respected specialty coffee roaster serving cafés, restaurants, hotels, and coffee lovers across the United States and beyond.
