Nightcap Decaf is a medium roast, single-origin coffee sourced from Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico, grown by the Muguira Family at elevations around 2350 meters above sea level. This coffee includes hybrid varieties such as Sarchimor, Marsellesa, and H16, selected for resilience and cup quality, and is processed using the washed method to emphasize clarity and structure.
Decaffeinated using a water-based process at origin, this coffee maintains its natural character while offering a balanced and approachable profile. In the cup, Nightcap Decaf presents notes of almond, molasses, and cola, supported by a smooth mouthfeel and rounded sweetness with low perceived acidity.
Grown on Laguna del Carmen, a Rainforest Alliance certified farm, this coffee reflects sustainable farming practices including agroforestry and shade-grown cultivation.
