Technivorm Moccamaster KBGV Select Coffee Maker is the perfect addition to any kitchen and is beautifully handmade. This Technivorm Moccamaster Coffee Maker allows you to choose between brewing a half or full carafe. This machine has an automatic drip stop brewing basket that lets you pour a fresh cup of coffee while your pot is still in the process of brewing. Brew a 40oz carafe of your favorite specialty coffee in six minutes flat and keep it hot till you pour the last cup! The unique copper boiling element heats water rapidly between 196° – 205° and allows you to get full extraction out of your coffee, therefore giving you the full flavor you are looking for. The glass carafe sits perfectly on the hot plate, which has a special heating element that allows you to heat and keep your coffee at 175° or 185° so that you never overheat and burn your coffee. The timer on the hot plate gives you 100 minutes before it automatically turns itself off. This Coffee Maker is SCA Certified, which ensures brewing at the correct temperature. Easy to use with a simple and quiet brew process, the Technivorm Moccamaster KBGV Select makes a half or full carafe of coffee in only 4-6 minutes.
2. Consistent Temperature
The copper boiling element quickly heats water to 196°F – 205°F brewing temperature and automatically shuts off when the water reservoir is empty.
3. Precise Engineering
The boiling action lifts the water up the glass tube as it flows into the outlet arm and then pulses over the brew basket, the coffee grounds start blooming in a manual pour-over style.
