The Moccamaster CDT Grand has a 60-ounce capacity which makes it perfect for small offices, cafés, and homes that consume a large amount of coffee daily. A flat-bottom brew basket helps to achieve the larger volume, and it is recommended to brew the full batch for best results. The double-walled, stainless steel thermal carafe keeps coffee hotter longer and for up to an hour or longer with the Travel Lid that is included.

– How it works

1. Fast Brewing Time

Easy to use with a simple and quiet brew process, the Moccamaster CDT Grand makes a full carafe of coffee in only 6-7 minutes.

2. Consistent Temperature

The copper boiling element quickly heats water to 196°F – 205°F brewing temperature and automatically shuts off when the water reservoir is empty.

3. Precise Engineering

The boiling action lifts the water up the glass tube as it flows into the outlet arm and then pulses over the brew basket, the coffee grounds start blooming in a manual pour-over style.

4. Optimized Coffee Extraction

The cone-shaped brew basket fully steeps the coffee grounds, extracting the coffee’s full flavor which maximizing its complexity, taste, and aroma.

5. Thermal Carafe

The stainless steel carafe will keep coffee quality, integrity, and taste for up to an hour. Every thermal carafe comes with a Brew-Thru Lid and Travel Lid.
