Confluence Blend is a medium roast coffee blend formerly known as Blue Note Blend. It continues the same trusted recipe that has been served for years. A balanced, approachable coffee that highlights the harmony between the two origins of Brazil and Ethiopia.
The blend combines the bold, nutty depth of Brazilian beans with the bright sweetness and floral character of Ethiopian coffee. Together, they create a cup that’s smooth, well-rounded, and adaptable to many brewing methods, including espresso, drip, or a favorite brew method.
Confluence offers a sweet, floral aroma followed by notes of blueberry, chocolate, and subtle berry undertones. Its naturally processed beans are grown between 1500–1800 meters and are sourced through partners Lucatelli Coffee and Sucafina, ensuring traceability and quality from farm to roast.
