This coffee comes from Finca Santa Lucia in Tres Pinos, Comayagua, Honduras, where producer Raul Rodriguez continues a family legacy of coffee cultivation that spans generations. Nestled within the Montaña de La Choca national reserve, the farm’s high elevations, rich soil, and cloud forest climate create ideal conditions for producing clean, expressive coffees with exceptional balance and sweetness.
