Third-generation coffee farmers, the Chacon family has been cultivating coffee since the 1800s and is widely recognized for helping pioneer innovative processing methods in Costa Rica.
This organic natural process coffee showcases the creativity and craftsmanship that have made Las Lajas famous throughout the specialty coffee world.
