Colombian Black Condor Coffee is a single origin coffee grown in the northern Huila region of Colombia by Nelson Martinez in partnership with the Bayter family and the Colombian Coffee Club. Cultivated at approximately 1,700 meters above sea level, this coffee benefits from the ideal growing conditions that have helped make Huila one of the most respected coffee-producing regions in the world.
Carefully washed and fermented before being sun-dried, this coffee develops a remarkably clean and expressive profile. Notes of kiwi and orange bring bright fruit character to the cup, while honey sweetness and delicate rose florals create balance and complexity. The result is a vibrant specialty coffee that showcases the craftsmanship of the producers and the unique character of Colombian coffee.
