This lot features the Red Catuaí variety, cultivated at an elevation of approximately 1066 meters above sea level and processed using the natural method, which enhances body and sweetness in the cup.
In the cup, Amsterdam expresses a rich, full-bodied profile with layered notes of dark chocolate, walnut, and caramel. The natural processing contributes to a rounded mouthfeel and deeper sweetness, while the roast level develops structure without introducing bitterness or smokiness. The result is a balanced coffee with low acidity and a smooth, lingering finish.
