Benchmark is a medium roast coffee blend sourced from the San Ignacio district of Cajamarca, Peru, grown by El Guayacán smallholder farmers at elevations between 1,600–2,100 meters above sea level. The blend includes Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties processed washed to highlight clarity, sweetness, and structural balance in the cup.
In the cup, Benchmark offers rich notes of cocoa, spice, and caramel with a smooth, full body and balanced acidity. The washed processing accentuates clean flavors and a refined finish, making this blend adaptable across brewing methods. As an espresso, Benchmark delivers a dense, structured shot with layered flavor; as a filter or drip brew, it produces a clean, balanced cup with persistent sweetness.
