The Waverly is an espresso roast crafted from high-quality beans sourced from Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown by the Veloso Family, and San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru, cultivated by smallholder farmers. The Brazilian beans are Red Catuaí variety, while the Peruvian beans include Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon. Grown at elevations ranging from 1060–2100 meters above sea level, these coffees are processed naturally and washed to highlight clarity, sweetness, and nuanced flavor.
In the cup, The Waverly offers layered tasting notes of chocolate, caramel, and subtle red fruit, with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and structured body. The espresso works well as a straight shot, delivering depth and balance, and integrates naturally in milk-based drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, or cortados without losing its character. The Waverly is Rainforest Alliance certified for sustainable farming practices and kosher certified, ensuring careful, consistent processing from farm to cup.
