“Soft in its aroma, the first whiffs of this coffee are malty chocolate with hints of herb. The body, while rich and creamy, is a little rough in its texture. In the flavor, earthy chocolate mingles with smokey malts and caramel. Peeking in here and there is a mellow malic brightness, carrying on with a juicy glow into the aftertaste. The finish is rounded out with soft caramel and sticky chocolate. Overall this coffee is Mellow – Creamy – Malty”  Roast Ratings 2015
