We try to provide as much information in our product listings about the products we offer, so our customers can make informed decisions regarding their purchases. We’re happy to assist customers who have questions regarding the products they’re interested in, and if we don’t have an immediate answer we’ll do our best to find out. This is our commitment to our customers, because we understand the need for information when making informed decisions.
A lot of planning goes into the set-up and installation of Commercial Espresso machines, so we’ve tried to make this process as smooth and seamless as possible. We understand every company has a different budget and requirements for their unique needs. Shipping & Freight
All shipments are FOB Origin regardless of who arranges freight or shipping. Freight and Shipping must be prepaid. Commercial sales are not eligible for free shipping, and freight/shipping is not included for commercial products or equipment. During the purchase process if shipping isn’t already calculated by our system, please contact us for a freight estimate so you’ll have this information before finalizing your purchase. All freight rates provided are only an estimate and actual freight charges may differ at time of shipment and must be prepaid. We will only arrange shipping or freight to addresses in the United States. additionally, we only offer sales, support and installation for customers in the United States. If you plan on shipping an item out of the country you must first receive it at a US based address, and bare all associated expenses and responsibilities that arise from shipping out of the country thereafter. In the rare event that a shipment is damaged in transit, it is the customers responsibility to file a freight claim with the carrier. Maker’s Coffee Company will provide assistance to the customer with any information that might be required by the carrier during the claim process.
Service & Support
Maker’s Coffee Company offers warranty support assistance for most all of the commercial equipment we offer. Working closely with manufacturers to ensure customers are provided with the assistance they need to get warranty support after the sale. We understand the need for good service and support, so this is something we try our absolute best to assist you with every step of the way. Regular care and maintenance of the equipment is always the responsibility of the customer including any costs associated with this. Please refer to each manufacturer’s specific product warranty to determine what’s covered and warranty time periods. If you need warranty support assistance, please contact us and we’ll be glad to assist you. If you’re outside of the manufacturer’s warranty period and need a specific part, please contact us for parts availability.
We are unable to accept returns for any commercial equipment and products due to the highly unique, specialized and sometimes custom nature of the equipment and products. Please contact us first before you finalize your purchase so we can answer any questions, and you can make an informed decision. All sales are final for all commercial equipment and products.
