The brothers, both young entrepreneurs, are passionate about coffee farming and have dedicated themselves to making Finca El Conejo one of the most experimental coffee farms in the Comayagua region of Honduras.

At an altitude of 1550 meters, the coffee is grown in the Los Planes region of Comayagua, Honduras. The coffee is made from the Red Catuai varietal, which is known for its bright acidity and balanced sweetness. The beans are processed using the washed process, which helps to bring out the coffee’s natural flavors and aromas.
