  1. Jim

Fantastic coffee beans that are smooth and rich. The chocolate and caramel flavor is full and this made a really good cold brew coffee. I loved it!

  2. Ryan

    Rich flavor, smooth, and refreshing.

I have spent the last few months researching how to make the perfect cold brew. My goal was to cut my coffee costs in half, while maintaining the same quality of the popular cafe-bought cold brew. I have found that there are 4 major factors in landing a perfect cup of cold brew, and having a great experience:

    1. Brew time and temperature: I brew for 24 hours at room temperature.
    2. Water quality (filtered, right concentration of electrolytes)
    3. How it’s served (over lots of clear ice, sipping from the top of the cup, not through a straw)
    4. Bean quality: Grind and flavor profile.

I have experimented with all types of coffee’s, including beans from widely known roasters, to beans claiming to be the perfect cold brew beans. These beans, by far, has exceeded my expectations in taste, smoothness, and quality.

This will be my default cold brew bean. Brewing my own cold brew with these beans yields a much higher quality than the brick-and-mortar stores in my area and costs half the price.
