The Forté AP’s sleek modern design was awarded “Sexiest Coffee Grinder Alive” by Sprudge 2013. This commercial grinder is compact and perfect for busy low volume cafés or for those that want a precision grinder at home. The Forté AP is a high-quality heavy-duty grinder that can be used for all methods of brewing. This full featured machine has a 10oz. bean hopper, an easy to read LED backlit display that comes on with a simple touch of the screen. It also has a high-daily capacity of 5lbs per day. There are 3 programmable dose presets with up/down dose values, a dose-by weight accuracy to plus or minus .2 gram and the unique ability to convert a preset weight into a timed value.
The accuracy of the 54mm ceramic burr allows you to have control of macro and micro adjustments. The macro-adjustment has 10 distinct and repeatable settings from fine to course and a second micro-adjust that can divide each of the 10 macro steps into 26 settings. These adjustments allow you to dial the perfect grind for the brewing method of your choice.
